Is the stage set for "leaving Iraq"? (Except, of course for manning all those permanent "Embassy" compounds, which will remain operational to assist the Iraqi government against the "last throes" of the insurgency?)

Declaring victory and bugging out? (As soon as B*sh is out of office, of course)
