us already. All they have to do is tiptoe up behind us and go "Boo!" Our government will immediately go in a tailspin trying to "make us safe" and blow billions on ineffective "security" systems and policies. The religious right neocon groupies will start wringing their hands and lamenting that they want make us all Muslims and take away our freedoms on cue. The pundits will break out their megaphones and catapult the propaganda for free as long as they can sell their latest BS book. The "think" tanks will shift into overdrive and start mowing dissenting politicians down. And the politicians...well, what can we say? The politicians will start drooling and dragging themselves in prostration on the ground behind St. George as he sallies forth to slay the dragon, armed with his rapier wit and not much else.

They don't have to actually commit one more act of violence. They can count on us as a nation in love with its lifestyle and belief that the fountain of youth really does exist to overreact. Bin Laden knows that * will not really let anyone catch him and will be content to chase shadows and manufacture terra plots to prop his sorry ass up. Bin Laden has accomplished what he said he would--he is bankrupting us financially and we are bankrupting ourselves morally. We are being laughed at and mocked by the world now--and by those who "want to kill us all."

1. Moreover they've helped Shrub in his endeavors as much as MSM !!
Edited on Sun Sep-03-06 05:01 AM by orpupilofnature57
This Gave Shrub a pass on the Economy ,the environment, and the basic truth about ShrubCo since Emilio Zapata. They like Tim (the evil elf) Russert, have served as a diversion from terrorism perpetrated by the " Good Old Boy " network, a much more sinister villain.

6. .
Maybe and it is not only the fault of politicians. It is also the Media who needs the ratings and therefore the sensations, anything that appeals to the masses.
Micheal Moore made a pretty good point in his movie about how the people are scared by the Media.
Whenever I see scenes from American news shows, I tend to believe that Moore might be right.

3. Bin Laden has praise bush posters all over his cave.
He knows Allah was watching out for him. He gave him bush.

That's like Corporal Agarn being made chief of the fort. If bush was a movie we would be leaving the theater saying thank God that was only a movie. But nope.

5. "They want to take away our freedoms"
and the neocons happily comply by taking away a few more of our rights.

Bin Laden must be celebrating every day. If, his goal is really to "take away our freedom" then he must be very pleased to have the neocons doing all the work for him. Bin Laden can only win if Bush and his ilk keep chipping away at the Constitution.
