I am starting to despise every lie-filled, misinformation laced 9/11 show that is being broadcast 24/7.

3. I think there are three essential clues that are well-known...

which allow this once insane theory to come mainstream (I myself am skeptical of the theory, but hear me out)

1. NSA surveillance program was started in February 2001, this means that terrorism was on the radar of the Bush admin. (Source: Bloomberg News report about briefs filed in the NSA warrantless wiretapping case; work-logs from Feb. '01 cited as evidence by the lawyers suing the government, that NSA program predated Authorization for the Use of Military Force (against terrorists) passed AFTER 9/11.)
2. Judy Miller is given a tip in June '01 that preparations for a major terrorist attack are being investigated by the FBI
3. On August 6th 2001, the President receives a PDB saying that Al-Qaeda and Osama are planning to hijack airplanes, among other less credible but possible plots. No preemptive action is taken to stop the unfolding terrorist plot.
4. 9/11 happens.

9. I don't know about #1. Surveillance doesn't necessarily mean

"terrorism" was on their radar. It could also mean that they were spying because they could.

5. The stock market traditionally comes down a lot in Sept & Oct.

Best months to have such a big event that would hurt the market as badly as it did. Save the rich that take those months off a lot of money. And besides, * had plans to invade Afghanistan in Oct, so Sept worked out well. Get the people upset and ram through the invasion before anyone has time to think too deeply.

6. Sept. 11, 1990 was the date of GHW's New World Order speech.

The neo-cons (and their military supporters) argued for the removal of Saddam and a unilateral approach to control of Iraq's resources. Bush's NWO speech infuriated the neo-cons within his administration. The 911 date was picked to send a message to Bush and those who had argued for diplomacy and the UN. 911 marks the overthrow of that policy. That's why "they" chose 911.
