The Pentagon is becoming bi-polar

First it offers $20 million to anyone who can monitor Iraq coverage and make sure all news coming out of Iraq is good news.

Now it offers their own report which is full of gloom and doom. In it they are like Chicken Little screaming "Civil War is coming. Civil War is Coming.".

Poor bi-polar Chicken Little Pentagon. Look what five years under BushCo Regime has done to you.

1. Perhaps bipolar doesn't get at the true problem:

They need the spin to shift opinions at home among us citizens.
They need the doom report because they need to pave the way to pull their asses out of the cesspool.
