It's impossible for oil prices to go down this much all over without
their being collusion between the corporate oil sleaze balls and this administration (Republicans). They have made a windfall of profits and now they are lowering prices just in time for the November elections. Why? Hurricane season is upon us, there is no increase in refining capacity, Iraq is a disaster, and Iran is a pending disaster. Why are the American people so blind to how they are manipulated?

5. Yes it is possible
when oil doesn't cost anymore to pump out of the ground today than it did five years ago.

And there's an election coming up.

3. Election year ploy
Gas prices lowered briefly before the election in '04. Then they shot back up immediately after the election.

It's the Repukes' ace in the hole.
