A telepromter , he finds difficult to use, not always convenient. Since fear is his only message; his other message is please take pity on me and save me from a Congress that does it's job. because those first couple sets of speeches he gave earlier in the year did such a wonderful job of changing American minds about the his war. The more he talks, the more people change their minds all right...to the sensible opinion that this war makes no sense from any point of view except *'s own.
