'US trying to dismantle nation states'
http://crime.andnetwork.com/index?service=direct/1/Home/top.fullStory&sp=l51247

Johannesburg (AND) The United States of America recently came under fire for their stance on Iran's nuclear expansion program, as American analysts warned that the Bush administration was employing "double standards". African News Dimension spoke to the Muslim Movement in South Africa for their take on America's involvement in the Middle East.

“America seeks to reorganise the geopolitical interests of countries,” said Ibrahim Boselo, general-secretary of the Muslim Movement in South Africa.

This was the message emanating from the Muslim organisation whilst speaking to African News Dimension (AND) on Friday.

“America tries to dismantle nation states, and put regimes in power that at all times pander to American interests,” said Boselo.

He accused the US of using principles such as human rights, democracy, freedom, women's rights, and pursuing a goal in the 'interests of the safety of the international community' to remove governments and so-called democratically 'unfriendly' regimes from power.

“These are all excuses that America uses.”

6. This is the ultimate goal of globalization. To destroy the power
of nations to control what happens within their own boarders: human rights, pollution, wage levels, work condition, etc. They want to only power to be corporate power. That is why *ss and co. are so against international courts.

It may have already failed though. EU has gone a long way toward developing a regional force. Russia, Turkey and Iran may very well join EU. Central and South America are also uniting and so are the Asian countries.
