And just 'cause someone wasn't exactly right before when they said something or did something, that doesn't mean they can't be right about this time. History's funny that way. It's like down in Crawford there used to be these old guys on their porches who use to tell me stories and things. Sometimes they'd have answers, and sometimes they'd tell me questions. But they were always talking. They're like my administration which has a mature foreign policy, as anyone can see. Why. . . ."
