Little Scotty says..... "free nations are peaceful nations"..... sooooo
am I to understand that the level of violence, domestic violence, domestic surveillance, alcohol related crimes, millions in prison, lack of medicine for the elderly, lack of healthcare for 40+ million Americans, almost 500 billion a year on so called defense is a symptom of a free nation? I am confused by little Scotty's logic. Free nations are peaceful nations unless they are unable to be stopped by other nations, then all bets are off. I am sure that we now view several nations in South America as unfree and threatening in the extreme.

2. Correct, America is not a free nation.
People just like to pretend it is and spout the words
freedom and democracy as if they mean something.

America has made the transfer to corporo-fascism
and it's just about complete with the unitary executive
in place and waiting for Alito to make SCOTUS compliant.

3. Animal Farm.
Orwell.

But Scotty the mouthpiece doesn't read subversive books . . .

Just keep on supersizing those combo meals, boy. And have some more Kool-Aid. Got to keep your strength up. Lying 24/7 is hard work--just ask the boss.

4. But... Rumsfeld says Detroit is more dangerous than Iraq.
Edited on Sat Jan-21-06 01:33 PM by Marr
So does Fox News. And all the morons who suck it into their eyesockets say the same. Or maybe he's talking about national violence, like war. But... we're currently dominating that field.

So... I guess we aren't free?

7. They amaze me every day
It seems like all they are interested in doing is spouting out these propaganda lines like some kind of damn fortune cookie.

They don't care how much of a lie it is.

Its the height of arrogance.

8. Little Scotty believes that if we don't succeed in setting up a
theocracy in Iraq that will be tied intricately to the one in Iran we won't win, whatever that means. We've won alright, we've won the hatred of almost 90% of the Arabic speaking people in the ME.
