3. 246 were foreign nationals
not to dimish the fact of your post but many people forget that many nations lost at least one person in that attack. it was an attack against the citizens of the world not just americans

5. Exactly.
It riles me every time they claim that 3,000 Americans were killed. Not so.

4. That's 2974 futures thrown away
All the great things these people could have accomplished, all the great things they could have given the world will now never be realized.

Not a single death in Iraq was necessary or unavoidable. NOT ONE.

After all, didn't he say that no one wants to be a war president. He'd rather be a peace president if it weren't for all those Islamo-Fascists out there.

10. Still got 300 left to go.....
Sensible to go clean house in Afghanistan, but the Iraq debacle is pure and totally Chimpo's responsibility.

12. Katrina
Does anyone have an accurate count of Katrina deaths? I've read from about 1,000 to 3,000.

Or is it something we'll never truly know for sure?
