3. I think the gravest threat to the United States, and by extension the
world, is the absence of critical thinking in our public education system.

It's absent in administrators, some teachers, and most students. The curriculum sucks door knobs. We ask too little of our young people.

I'd rate this threat as far more grievous than Iran's nuclear program.

5. I wish they would as well.
I'd like to see a defense of that position.

9. I'm not even sure they're that much of a threat to Israel
except by proxy. There's no way they're going to try to cross Iraq, Jordan and Syria to get to Israel. They fought a recent 8 year war against Iraq, remember, that ended in a stalemate. They're not going to want to repeat the process.

They may be in a position to fund Israel's hostile neighbors, but that's about it. They may sell those hostile neighbors missiles capable of reaching into Israel. They are not a direct threat, themselves.

Left completely alone and forced to concentrate on themselves, they would moderate. They were moderating when Stupid took office. However, six years of having that fratboy wag his dick at them have caused them to rally around their own bad leadership and they're now moving backwards.

Heckuva job, Georgiepoo.

10. "They were moderating when Stupid took office"
Indeed. Another (intentional?) blunder by the neoclowns.
