"There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again."

16. He's psychologically incapable of saying "shame on me."
This is hard-wired in him - part of the extreme pathological narcissism he suffers. It's untreatable. When he mangled that maxim, it was abundantly clear that his mental processes short-circuited. The pathology is obvious.

It's in the interest of -- uhh -- uhh, long-term peace in the world that we -- uhh -- work for a free and secure and peaceful Iraq. A peeance, freeance secure Iraq in the midst of the Middle East will have enormous historical impact.

Bush on Native American Issues: "Tribal Sovereignty Means That. It's Sovereign"

When President Bush was questioned about tribal sovereignty in the 21st century at a gathering of minority journalists he responded: "Tribal sovereignty means that. It's sovereign. You're a ... you're a ... you've been given sovereignty and you're viewed as a sovereign entity." Jesse Jackson makes light of Bush's remarks at the conference and we speak with Mark Trahant, the reporter who asked Bush the question.

25. Here's two more...and a couple of Bushisms from the wild past
resignate (he meant resonate)
subsidation (subsidization)

Oh, and he doesn't limit himself to inventing new words in English; he's mangled Spanish as well:
"...Cinco de Mayo is not the independence day. That's dieciséis de Septiembre?" (décimosexto de septiembre)

"However they delineate, quotas, I think vulcanize society..."(he meant balkanize - not even Close, chimpboy!)
