Will the repubs Exploit the next terror attack as well as 9-11?

When the Islamofascists attack us again, as cheney has guaranteed they will, will the repubs exploit it for every nickel it's worth like they did the first time we were attacked?

Nine eleven was the neo con holy grail, ground zero, bright shining moment, everything they've done since has been done on the greased skids of nine eleven.

When we are next attacked, will they be able to exploit our fear and anger as successfully as they did five years ago?

Note: I didn't infer any inside job here, or any thing else, other than the sickening exploitation of the dead for political gain.

If it happens when a republican is president, it is the former democratic president's fault and proves they are tough on terror ... If it were to happen when a democrat was president, it would prove that democrats are weak on terror, and only republicans can keep us safe ...

The "War on Terror" will continue until such day as a democrat wins the presidency again, at that pointk, it no longer will be the do all, and the president will cease to be a "war time president" ...

As for the next terrorist attack ... At first, the right wing and MSM will definitely rally behind the GOP, but IF it happens under a republican president's watch, once the shock wears off, the sheeple will FINALLY have enough of being made to be scared to death of it without it being actually prevented ... the 35% "base" will go nuts and say it proves Islamofacism, that only THEY understand the threat ... But, the rest of the country will FINALLY wake up to it ...

13. Yes, of course. Here is what is happening.

I'll make it simple. BTW if you're not of the M/LIHOP persuasion, you can stop reading now.

1) Cheney/PNAC/et.al. M/LIHOP'd 9/11.

2) They have promoted fear, fear, and more fear for 5 years since then, all the while saying "If Dems get elected, we'll get attacked again! Our only hope is shrub & the Republican Party. See? We've had Republicans in power for 5 years and we haven't been attacked again." The "no liquids on airplanes" is a sort of preliminary punishment for allowing Dems to even poll ahead of the repubs at this point (or more importantly, Dems are polling ahead on the question "who is better suited to protect America/Wage the war on terra" etc - very dangerous territory for the Darth cabal).

3) They could NOT M/LIHOP again while Bush & the repukes control the WH & Congress, because this would expose the "Bush/Repubs as great protector" and "See? the Global War on Terror is working!" and "Fighting them there so we don't have to fight them here" myths.

4) However, as soon as the Dems take back Congress, it is wonderful opportunity to L/MIHOP the US again, thus proving their narrative that (*blink*) "yes, the Dems are the Al Qaida candidates! Their policies invite attacks! See? Dems are Terriss enablers! See what happens, you silly American People, when you elect Democrats?!?!" ad nauseum but quite predictable.

5) Timing is everything, so don't expect an attack immediatly after the Nov. elections. The timing will be influenced by the following factors:
A) the progress of impeachment hearings and/or proceedings -- Darth cannot, cannot be removed from power, so if it appears that such an event is imminent, we may see another attack, although it can't be too obviously close, and
B) The run-up to the 2008 elections. Obviously it must occur before that to stave off a Dem presidency. Guiliani as 9/11 war hero is a likely to be anointed instead.

6) The point is another *IHOP attack has to be an absolute last-ditch desperation move on Darth's part, or else we would've seen one in the past months as it's been increasingly obvious to the populace that shrub is profoundly full of shit, Iraq is an unimaginable debacle, etc. It must be impeccably timed, and positioned in such a was as to increase their power/profits. If attempted now, or during the run-up to 2004, it would have made shrub look weak & ineffective becuase there was no fall guy.

The Democrats are being set up as the fall guy for the next inside job.
