President Bush said his visit Monday and Tuesday “reminded me of how connected we are to New Orleans. We’ve got a lot of friends, and we’ve got a lot of memories.”

“I can remember going to the jazz festival here early on,” he said. “It’s a remarkable city, particularly if you’re somebody out of Houston or Texas — you will probably spend a lot of time here, most of which you can remember.”

3. They should stop letting him talk in public
Every time he does he makes a complete arse of himself and completely embarrasses the nation.

5. Oh, I don't know....
I like it when he goes "off script" and actually tells the truth, then the spin machine has to get all worked up and bury the news in it's usual doo-doo. It's entertaining to watch.

7. Good point
What's both bizarre and hysterical is occasionally poking into freeper world and seeing how they still have circle-jerks over him even when he makes completely asinine statements that would make an 8 year old want to crawl under a rock. They just cannot let themselves admit that their precious GWB is not only a lying POS but a bumbling idiot. He is their God no matter what he does.

6. So if the folks dying at the Convention Center had thrown a Jazz party
Bush would have shown up earlier last year?
