It's time to do what the U.N. was designed for - not a peacekeeping team with colored helmets, but a group of those who have the wisdom and the light to put things together, shine light on untenable situations to bring them to solution. That is the potential here. It's in the works, as they say, working right now. Still, there are many who say, "I cannot see it, therefore, it does not exist." Is that your reality? Or will you be a Lighthouse that's actually creating the light so these things can happen?

6. Keep spreading love but also forgiveness.

The world may one day be at peace, but if your heart is filled with bitterness, you will never be at peace. Fight the fight that needs to be fought, but don't hate your enemy, or you are no better than he, or she. I wouldn't want to leave anyone out. I know it's easier said than done. Personally, I don't hate bush, I don't hate the terrorist, or lieberman. I don't like their actions, or their lies, but I hope one day we find a away to change their hearts, but hating them, will only bring misery on yourself, and rarely encourages the other person to change. This is my zen blabbing for the night, carry on. FYI, I had a xanax earlier, and have very few ill feelings toward anyone right now. Tomorrow is a new day.

and I can forgive from the pit of my heart bush and cheney and the rest of those rats..

while at the same time, acting in a most civilly disobedient way

and preventing them from hurting others.

i can both detach with love
and yet detach from giving them my allegiance as the leaders of this nation.

i can do what Cindy often does....

pray for him to find peace and honesty and character and love and light
while standing in his backyard demanding he stop the bleeding.

overall, I am going to wish for bush, the rapture to happen tomorrow... and soon he'll know where he stands in the eyes of god!!!

difficult thing. The rest will take care of itself.


I get the gist of your sentiment, but take exception to the notion that our capacity for living, love and happiness is dependent on external events and people. That puts the responsibility for your happiness elsewhere and sort of sets you up to be the victim.
