1. Safe and Nuclear weapons seem to be contradictory.

Isn't this pretty much the definition of oxymoron?
We need safe nuclear weapons!!!!

Good. I know how to do that. Replace their fission cores with Hostess Twinkie filling and replace the high explosive lenses with Hostess Twinkie cake.

Then they will be entirely safe, and damned tasty, too.
