Need info on Iraq maps & 2001 Energy Task Force
Does anyone have a link to the information on the Iraq map that was used during the Cheney Energy Task Force meetings. I remember reading about a map that had new boundary lines drawn by the Task Force on the Western side on Iraq. I think the map was produced by the Energy Dept in one of the early lawsuits and then some DU'rs compared that map to other known maps to determine that the boundary lines were new.
Does anyone have that info or know where I can get it?
Any help will be appreciated!

I don't know if the map info is in it or not. There might be more info in the Research forum.

4. I saved the four maps that had to be released under the freedom
of information act. They show who was drilling the fields and there's another that show foreign 'suitors'. There's one called the Iraq oil map and one called the Iraq oil gas project.

They're Acrobat documents. Don't know how to get them to you tho.

6. Can't help you but it's definitely an interesting topic.
I always figured that Cheney wouldn't release documents from his energy task force meetings because they would reveal malice aforethought with respect to the Iraq invasion. But I never knew that a map from those meetings made it into the public domain. Very interesting. I'll bookmark this thread to see what you get.
