So, if YOU knew that the FBI was looking for you, would you be
driving around in a fucking red Escalade?

"LAS VEGAS, Nevada (CNN) -- Nevada state troopers found one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives, along with wigs, cell phones, laptop computers and about $50,000 in cash, on a highway north of Las Vegas, authorities said Monday.

Polygamist sect leader Warren Steed Jeffs, 50, was a passenger in a red 2007 Cadillac Escalade that was pulled over along Interstate 15 shortly after 9 p.m. (7 p.m. ET) Monday.

5. The FLDS have common ownership of property
(which pretty much means he owns everything) and since they run the gov't in thier communities, sponge off of welfare and have construction companies (labor's cheap when you breed your employees) that means he's doing pretty well for himself.

3. I love this part:
"Also found in the car was "material identified as being associated with a prophet"

Er...what materials are particularly associated with prophets? Extra-springy "leap to Heaven" boots? Water into wine kits? Walk-on-waterwings? Loaf and fish cloning technology?

Enquiring minds want to know.

4. With no plates no less.
Seems to me that anybody running from the law needs a common, unflashy car with up-to-date tags and plates. Me, I'd look into a not-quite new Accord or Camry. They're ubiquitous, and as long as you were just a bit more cautious than the average driver but not suspiciously so I'd say your chances of getting pulled over would be about zero.
