Regarding the Mexican flag on the Post Office in California
Is it possible this was done by provocateurs?
Mexico is in the beginnings of a Revolution.
Very few doubts that the US will send troops to assist the Federales.
Does it makes sense that in order to justify that action--we would have to stir up quite a bit of Anti-Mexican sentiment here?

1. You beat me to the punch! Of course it was done by provocateurs.

They may have come from a PR firm, intelligence agency, or just some local young and eager GOPers who were encouraged to do what they did.
