Mainers recall biking with president
A close encounter with President Bush over the weekend left three local men covered in mud and, it seems, with a new biking partner.

The owner and two employees of Cape-Able Bike Shop in Kennebunkport rode their mountain bikes with the president Saturday morning. While the president's motorcade and his Secret Service detail were a bit intimidating, they said, Bush was unexpectedly down-to-earth. He also was in great shape.

"He was actually surprisingly fast," said Billy Vandervalk, the shop's service manager. "The president can really get it done. He was moving along at a pretty good clip.

The part that really caught my eye, other than the gaa gaa the-president-is-in-such-good-shape crap, was the fact that the Secret Service took motorized vehicles into this experimental forest.

"A small fleet of motorized all-terrain vehicles followed at a comfortable distance carrying a detail of well-armed Secret Service agents."

1. Jurassic 5 had a better version of asshole and his phony exercise.
Anyone else see their "Work it Out" video?

It was hilarious.

The only workout asshole gets is lifting 100 proof bottles.

Seems he doesn't know or care much about anything other then bikes. No wonder he didn't try to run Dimson off the road.

edit: Here's a better link

Don't tell me the SS didn't look all over Maine for the only person in the state who doesn't have a clue about anything outside of his own world.

4. His favorite movie is "Rad" - that's all the Secret Service needed to see!
"Rad" is a 1986 POS movie about a BMX-er against the world, riding to victory on the infamous "Helltrack"

When the Secret Service saw that, they knew they had an intellectual paramour for Dimson.

7. He's got a blog, but you might be the first person (outside of the SS)
to read it. Bozo had to take his Own Picture to put up there.

3. Actually, his love of biking is just about . . .
The only non-toxic thing about Bush. It sort of humanizes him, ya' know, in a way that all his phony "gits" and "nukulars" don't.

8. Ask Bush about his bike: the frame, crank, hubs, wheels and tires
Ask him all the technical stuff, the materials used, and any upgrades he has planned. Any real biker will know that in an instant.

I've $10 that says his knowledge of mountain biking, like most of his knowledge, is as shallow as a kiddie pool.

9. He go fast, he fall down much

He doesn't have a "speed" problem, he goes fast, he falls down, no problem (refer to previous instances in which bozo has crashed).

Of course he's in shape... (a) what else has he got to do(?), and (b) what else has he actually spent any time or effort on? Seems to me, few "Presidents" have ever had so much time to waste or wasted so much time on getting or staying "buff". If he actually did his due diligence, listened to experts, "read" appropriate amounts of relevant documentation/reports/analysis/etc, engaged in real foreign policy and put enough thought and energy into his decisions that he might actually suffer some stress or stay up late or lose some sleep or put in something resembling at least part-time work--then I'd wish him well in his efforts to stay fit, and even see it as an important factor in keeping his mind sharp (in this case: what mind?) and staying emotionally stable (in this case: it's rumored that behind the scenes, he has the Emotional IQ of a spoiled 5-year old child--so staying fit probably won't help).

I wonder if there's any record of his cycling/fitness activities, and if they show that his workout frequency increases substantially when Condi's not around/available? Any temperature sensor recordings from the White House/Camp David/Texas Residence shower's either? Actually, neither of these are likely given what a jerk-off this guy is (indeed, his whole work product would suggest he's busy doing something else when he's supposed to be working on serious matters; and that he's developed hair on his palms and gone quite blind (and deaf)--at least to all 'reason'). No doubt the Brits decided long ago that the "W." in George W. Bush stands for... "wanker" (British slang: "wanker" -- masturb_tor, generally a hopeless/useless person).

If he really wants to impress us with his cycling skills, I'm sure they could arrange for a nice bicycle for him any number of places in IRAQ or Afghanistan. Let him have a reason to ride fast and "support our troops" while he's at it. If nothing else, the entertainment value would be significant--but then again, given the condition of the media in those places, nothing would get covered. Oh, and the Secret Service should be given the day off--after all, we wouldn't want to endanger anyone who actually works for a living.
