3. not bragging, but stating a historical fact
and one which I didn't know...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delaware

During the American Civil War, Delaware was a slave state that remained in the Union (Delaware voted not to secede on January 3, 1861).

7. The only reason Delaware and Maryland did
not secede was that Lincoln suspended habeus corpus in those states and locked up the legislators who were likely to vote for such a thing.

Could not have DC surrounded, could we?

4. He has "hoof in mouth" disease...
Didn't he make some comment about 7/11s earlier this year speaking to a group of Indian-Americans?

5. He and Nagin should do lunch.
Throw in Cynthia McKinney and that Allen Macaca moron in Virginia, and you'd have a conversation for the ages.

6. Biden voted for the bankruptcy bill. He is no BIG asset to the people.
It would be great if he were replaced by a REAL Progressive who was not owned by the banks.

9. He was trying to make the point
that Deleware is not a Northeastern state. He was not saying slavery was a good idea.
