been, in a super secret election, chosen to replace longtime evil genius Ernst Blofeld as
the new leader of super secret world domination organization SPECTRE. Sources say that upon
hearing the news, Cheney's patented evil grin rose to the surface and he could be heard
muttering "No Saddam.. I expect you to die." while fevorishly fiddling with his secret
decoder ring. Later, in his first order of business, he named Secretary of Defense kingpin
Donald Rumsfeld his number two. George W. Bush was put in charge of sharks with frikin laser
