Over/Under on the "federal, state, and local governments" line?
If anyone was unfortunate enough to hear *'s radio address on Saturday, you would have heard him utter the phrase "Katrina also revealed that federal, state, and local governments were unprepared. . ." as part of his so-called contrition.

As the next few days progress, get ready to hear this crap regurgitated over and over again, just as it was last year. I swear, if we don't get rid of these people in November, I may seriously lose hope in this country ever righting itself. . .
