Do you keep a journal, and what forum do you post it to?
I'm curious about whether people use the journals feature on DU, what they write about (personal, political or both) and what forum they usually post their entries to once they write it. Any feedback on this will be appreciated.

1. I have a journal here
Most of my journal posts originated in the vegetarian/vegan/AR group. I also have a blog, but my journal posts are more general audience-oriented than my blog posts (in addition to being more frequent.)

3. thanks for the replies
I'm trying to decide whether to keep one...the though of having to post it in a forum kind of makes me feel shy about it; I don't know if I want to shove it in anyone's face or not.

4. I do but it's only for my personal use
I find that it's a better place to keep track of threads I want to remember or use for future reference.. otherwise....they just fall off my book marks or recent posts too fast.

5. I do. I haven't put anything on it for awhile because
other things are distracting me. But I put things on it that I think people might want to know about.

7. Usually GD. I think what I have right now on my journal
is mostly GD and California.

6. I keep up mine
and I guess most of my posts which go into my journal are made in GD. Not all of them, though, ut when I feel the need for a lengthy and sometimes relevant writing piece, that's where I usually go. :)
