Clint Curtis has a parallel election web site - sort of - check it out
Clint Curtis who is running in a primary Sept 5, 2006 to hopefully become the Democratic candidate to run against Tom Feeney for Congress has created a website www.VoteNow2006.com - it is a place that candidates can sign up to have their voters register their votes for them - a sort of paper trail or parallel election. Not convinced it can work but sure think he is on the right track

For those of you who don't know Clint Curtis - formerly a life long republican - is running for Congress because Tom Feeney asked his former company to write a computer program to steal elections.

Check him out www.clintcurtis.com and if you're in his district please go vote for him in the September 5 primary.

1. Mr. Curtis came to our UCF College Democrats meeting last week.
He was very nice and down to Earth. Tom Feeny is a corrupt scumbag who deserves to be booted from office and Clint Curtis is just the man to do it.

2. Will Mr. Curtis support progressive values?
Will he support increasing funding for social programs for those not as fortuntae as you or I?

Will he just act like a Republiklan in Democrats clothing?

4. Truthfully I don't think he is as liberal as I am
but I'm a Ted Kennedy, Barbara Boxer, Dennis Kucinich Russ Feingold kind of gal....

Tom Feeney is such a freaking pig that almost ANYONE would be better - but what makes Clint so appealing is he has FIRST HAND knowledge of this vote fraud crap and is not afraid to confront it.

He gives his positions at www.clintcurtis.com

But the real reason I posted is to get people's thoughts about this VoteNow2006 idea.

5. From talking to him, he seemed to the left of me.
He's very big on energy independence. He supports redeploying troops from Iraq. He opposes NAFTA and CAFTA as well as the flag and marriage amendments. He also said that he is very happy about ned Lamont beating Joe Lieberman. There really wasn't a single issue where he sounded like a Republican to me.

3. Feeney is a complete scumbag
guess he is great friends of the hammer and probably just a dirty.

As someone who actually loses sleep over these freaking voting machines - Clint is just the guy we need in Congress to get some action going on this - but we're in a catch 22 - if they're stealing the elections how can we get Clint in office - also there is the little matter of this being a VERY red district anyway - but this parallel election for Clint and other candidates seems like a good idea and at least a start at fighting back

Did Clint talk about this VoteNow2006 thing when he met with you guys last week?
