because they wear American clothes????

1. I think there is some truth to that?
I think the world is pretty sophisticated and they see some positive things about america and some negative things. And at any rate we are often seen as the richest nation in the world, and everybody would like to be a bit richer.

but it's true that most people from different part of the planet can make the difference between "Americans" and the administration. I think it gets more difficult in the ME, some parts of Africa, Asia and even Latin America.
The younger wear "American" clothes because the market mostly produces cheap crap fitting the coca-cola music culture. It has nothing to do with love. Many young muslims can look like a New York rapper and still torch your car.
