2 More "Terra Planes Diverted" in USA Today (CNN, MSGOP)

Oh, the teevees are all abuzz - 2 more planes diverted today due to "suspicious" talk...or, whatever!!!!

Ho-hum!

The public has caught on - no one believes the bullshit. I half expect the bookies in Vegas
to open a line of betting - how many hours between a plane being diverted and the story turning into
a "never mind?"

Interesting that they think "more of these reports" equals "greater fear and respect" when the opposite is turning out to be true. I say keep those fake reports coming, then! We need to hack away at that 33 percent who blindly follow Weenieboy wherever he may go.

If security is so fucking tight, then how do these planes even get airborne? The Manchester-Chicago
flight that made an unscheduled "security concern" stop in Bangor, Maine, took off from Manchester
EVEN THOUGH THE OFFENDING ACTION HAPPENED ON THE GROUND IN MANCHESTER!!

They really think we're idiots, don't they?

Really, they do. And ones with darker-tinted skin even more so. And expendable--that's why they didn't give a good goddamn who died on Sept. 11 even though they were warned, and double ditto with the Katrina victims. It's disgusting.

10. Sherrod Brown spoke to this Rovian tactic of the Friday news dump.

Saw him on C-Span at a campaign stop. Brown said that Rove is famous for putting out negative
ads on a Friday - it gives him 3 days of uncontested ad runs because the person being attacked can't buy any
rebuttal time until Monday.

These terra stories are the same thing: get it out there on Friday so it's the final talk at the water cooler, let
the masses talk it up over the weekend while the weekend talk shows reinforce the lie. Then, do a poll on
Monday showing the country is supporting * on terra!!

Quite a technique, eh?
