President Bush is the first minority President.

He is a Stupid-American. While the popular conception (around the world) is that a majority of Americans are Stupid-Americans, they are in fact a minority of our population. This triumph of minority inclusion in our society is the result of years and years of Stupid-Americans participating in public service. It is a fact that a majority of public servants are Stupid-Americans.

Not many people know this, but the President is bi-lingual: he is fluent in gibberish (the language of Stupid-Americans) and he is working on learning English.

So ladies and gentlemen let's congratulate the President on being the first Stupid-American President!!!!

All he needs is a majority of voting machines in a few key states on his side; not to mention lots of GOOP voters.
