What's a guy have to do to get arrested for war crimes in America?
Edited on Fri Aug-25-06 09:03 AM by Philosoraptor
bush is like this weirdo who claims he killed the little blond beauty queen, he just can't get anyone to take him seriously when he confessed this week to mass murder based on lies and deceptions. He confessed, just last Monday, that he's started an illegal war, and decreed the deaths of untold thousands of people, yet no one seems motivated enough to bring up charges against him and his masters.

He confessed on live t.v., the reporters reported on it, and here we all are a week later, not demanding his resignation and not indicting him for legions of lies and crimes against the state.

We've made it all the way 5 years past nine eleven and his failure to protect us and the concept of outrage has been diluted and forgotten and looked upon as tacky. Its socially unacceptable to be pissed off about it, just accept it and keep quiet about it. Where is the outrage over bush's confession to unnecessary genocide?

Does anyone feel the disconnect from reality besides me? Surely I'm not the only one alarmed by America's general lack of alarm to bush's admissions last week. When will general outrage finally manifest itself? I'm getting tired of waiting.

2. Yes, I've felt the same way.
I generally think people just are not paying attention. I've mentioned before that I work for a very progressive organization (non-political), yet, I'm sure I'm the only one out of say, 100 people in an office that even knows Bush made those comments or cares. Most people in the office don't even know who Joe Lieberman or Ned Lamont is. They don't even know Bush held a press conference, let alone made the comments that he did.
