They still average about 10-15% in leads despite gallups recent poll giving Dems only 2%. I think it was a fluke and I think the next gallup will probably verify the idea (that the last gallup was a fluke).

Gallup is gospel to those fools.

17. Really?
I think you're pulling that out of your ass, because actual facts suggest otherwise.

It's hard to believe, but not everyone who doesn't say exactly what you want them to is a Republican.

19. That's old info - several years old.
Tweety's brother is now running as a Republican for Lt. Governor of Pennsylvania and Tweety's has massaged Bush butt for years now.

People do change, you know. Look at Lieberman.

20. His most recent contribution was 1994,
according to that source, and I have to say, he's had the RepubliCON talking points down pretty good lately. I wouldn't doubt if he did switch parties since back then. By any measure, he's not a solid Democrat anymore.

23. Bwaaa.... Facts are not a selectively filtering your source.
for tiny bits to support your arguments.
The site you sourced list the tiny bit to a couple of Dems (don't know if they are Lieberman types).

But huge amounts to George W Bush and other right wing organizations such as ASSOCIATED GENERAL CONTRACTORS OF AMERICA POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE, who distributes 90% of there money to Republicans and 10% hedged to Dems.
I didn't go for it, but I am sure that if this was researched any further that even that 10% went to DINOPUBLICANS.
What a joke.

9. They've moved to stage two of rigging the polls...
You know, the stage where the sample percentages don't match the
demographic percentages.

They pull it every time... Just before the elections to make GOP wins, uh, 'Plausible'.

5. That poll's included here, but it's only one of 2 in the last year or so.
Most give Dems about a 10-15% lead.

has apparently been proven way off by two other polls!

10. Unfortunately, we don't have generic elections....
Votes are cast in individualized, gerrymandered districts.

11. Exactly.
Plenty of people can think that all the OTHER bums in Congress need to be thrown out, but theirs is A-OK. I can never be encouraged or discouraged by these "generic polls."

This would be relevant if we had a parliamentary system.

I just thought it was nice to see the trend.

'Scuze me for appreciating the fact that more Americans are beginning to see the Democrat light in recent days.

14. Yeah, but will they vote against their own incumbent
or are they counting on having you vote against yours?

That's the big question.

However, 3 GOP incumbents and 1 Democrat incumbent have been defeated in primaries, a nearly impossible feat that has been repeated 4 times.

I'm almost starting to hope that people will indeed realize their son of a bitch is as big a problem as yours is and vote accordingly.

We have got to get these guys out of office ASAP.

evidence of a general trend. I'd rather have the country trending Democrat than not, though I know it doesn't guarantee we will win in any specific races. I still like to see that more people are leaning left these days.
