No matter how bad the candidate might be
There are still some people out there who will vote for the repuke party candidate, even if he just crawled out of the sewer.

We know it's true, even though we might want to deny it. So how can this change? CAN it change? And for 2008, with a fresh new candidate, how could we try to stem the tide of another asshole repuke being elected as president?

Even if we take back congress this year, many people will elect a president from the opposing party just to get back some checks and balances. I'm sure MANY people are sick to death of the lack of that right now. If people have grown smarter, the little bit of knowledge they get might be just dangerous enough to have them make another huge mistake.

This is something we really need to stay on top of if we want to get the power back on our side of the court.
