Prewar- How many congress critters actually read the NIE document?
According to "Fiasco"-(great read!) - Bush and Rice read only the executive summary. Feingold was one who actually read the supporting documents - contributing to his 'no' vote.
These documents were under guard and could only be accessed by those with clearance. There must be a list of those who came and actually read them.
Just curious, since my congress guy wanted to say before the war that he had "secret information", and since the war that 'the intelligence was wrong"..
