2. Unfortunately No.
Lisa Murkowski somehow won a full term in 2004. Barring death/resignation/expulsion, she's it until at least 2011.

For a while I had no idea what the Alaska voters were thinking. They didn't like it when Frank appointed Lisa to his Senate seat, but they elected to keep her there for a full term. Now they seem all set to elect the guy who challenged Lisa, Tony Knowles, to the governorship. Perhaps the voters thought Governor was a better fit for Tony than Senator...? :shrug:
