2. It's unlikely they will be though
Another relevent question is what political price should we be able to pay to see that they are tried for war crimes.

3. Of COURSE!!! this is a no-brainer!
I doubt anyone would possibly vote 'no' on this. Might as well be asking if gravity is still working.

5. Definitely.
But as I told my wife yesterday, our country doesn't have "the sack" to try them.

9. It took forty years to get Pinochet for his war crimes
They still haven't gotten Kissinger, but he can't go to Europe for fear of arrest.

I hope one day before these guys croak they are brought to justice

11. (To quote my Army Basic Training DI:) "Absofuckinglutely!"
Unless and until the top 20-30 war criminals in this regime are imprisoned for 20 years to life, we're an outlaw nation with absolutely no claim to any high moral or political ground whatsoever. Lesser functionaries should receive sentences of up to 5 or 10 years.

13. Yes and in the International Criminal Court, since we cannot trust our
Judiciary to follow the law any longer.

BTW, Why don't those that answered 'no' post their justifications? :spank:
