Economic Report: Coffee cuts back chances for Type 2 diabetes

Economic Report:
Tossing back a cup or two of coffee every morning could help reduce your risk for Type 2 Diabetes. According to the New York Times, a systematic review of coffee studies published in the Journal of American Medical Association showed that the antioxidants in coffee slow cell damage that typically causes the development of Type 2. People who drink four to six cups a day were 28 percent less likely to contract the disease.

3. So it's a choice of high blood pressure or high blood sugar?
Or should you just carry both electronic gadgets with you and test em both?

7. Good, my kind of health food!
Beer & wine good for the heart and now coffee loses its bad rep in the face of impirical evidence.

Damn I'm gonna be so healthy I just won't be able to stand it.

8. In the next ten or twenty years, remember, ...
bananas told you - xanthine alkaloids.
Not just caffeine - the whole class of xanthine alkaloids.
That includes Japanese Green Tea and the British favorite, Orange Pekoe.
