Great rerun of Oprah on social class in the U.S., this Thursday, 8/24

I saw this episode when it was first shown, and she interviews Jamie Johnson, of the Johnson & Johnson products family, who recently made a film about class in America called "The One Percent." She also interviews the granddaughter of Warren Buffet and others. The MSM rarely even mentions the subject of social class in the U.S., so for someone to devote a full hour to it on a nationally-distributed show is a pleasant surprise.

1. That's so wonderful that the richest woman in the world

will recognize that this country has a mounting class problem...

2. The irony is wrenching. However, at least SOMEONE is giving airtime to the

topic. I wouldn't have even known about the film "The One Percent" if it weren't for Oprah. At least a dialog was opened, for one hour anyway.
