3. Because they know what a farce we have
for a government. They can thumb their noses at us any time. We are hated around the world. The rest of the world knows what a piss poor administration we have. Our government have become comic figures who shout a lot and bully a lot. I keep waiting for our president in one of his rhetorical "press conferences" to stamp his foot and say SO There! It is juvenile behavior and all the world knows it except us.

4. N. Korea REALLY has WMD - so they don't have to. Iraq is several times as
big as Iran. The world knows that the US has the few little soldiers that we do have tied up in Bush's folly.

We are pretty well a toothless tiger - not quite yet - but we are heading that way so quickly that others no longer see us as the threat that they used to.

5. Is that a rhetorical question?
Why should they?
What are we gonna do about it - invade?

6. Because we showed our cards in Iraq
The major reason the US has been able to impose itself on the world for the lest several decades is the implied threat of force.

But our Premature Ejaculation in Iraq showed that we are more Impotent than it appeared.

Therefore, nations are less likely to jump when we say "jump."
