will iran be another mistake

what scares me the most is iran will be another "iraq";a major blunder which our leaders are
trying to sweep under the table and leave for the next guy to clean up.
this happens when civilians think they know more than generals.
i say before one more soldiers blood is drawn, we reconsider our priorities and then proceed
to end this fiasco we find ourselves in. and if this means withdraw then withdraw, if it means to continue than do it with gusto. and that means throw everything at the terrorists
we've got. and every family member of a suicide bomber or known terrorists be jailed or killed until this conflict is ended.
one good start would be to kick every dishonest contractor out of the war zone!

2. I'd largely agree

I think militarily we could take Iran - it would be tougher than Iraq, but still doable - but th aftermath would be a lot worse.

3. How the hell would we do that? We haven't even got ahold of

Afganistan OR Iraq.

edit: Only way we could even make the attempt would be to used nukes. Then our days would be numbered. There would be no way to redeem ourselves from that obscenity.

4. There's a difference between invading and holidng

We could invade and take down their military -holding would be alot harder - harder than Iraq.
