Liar Liar Pants On Fire ammendment!

I propose a Constitutional ammendment that requires truth from our elected leadership. If a case can be made it was purposeful, it is then by definition Treason, and not pardonable. To enforce this ammendment I also propose a police force who may only arrest government officials. Beholden to an appointed Chief or panel in the same manner as the Supreme Court, except with a 10 year term limit, then a comfortable retirement. This force will be a fourth branch of government with the powers to conduct unfettered investigations and prosecute crimes so uncovered. They will be given apropos clearance to view any document the government produces.

SO that in the future when a President does something like this, like shrub did in 2003, he will face capital punishment.

This is not a court, it is a police force, and should be required to investgate all complaints. Filing false complaints is a crime.
