Why is the glamorous champagne extradition of the photogenic suspect in the child glamour queen murder so glamorous?

glamour, glamor: 1. originally, magic spell or charm, hence 2. seemingly mysterious and elusive fascincation or allure, as of some person, scene, etc.; bewitching charm.

This past week has been intensely eventful. And the speed and ease with which daily conversations switch over to this bizarre murder suspect story is even MORE bizarre.

It seems as if people are relieved to have it to talk about. Remember O.J.?

Before O.J. this sort of crap TV, including "reality TV" did not exist.

Hey, maybe next time they need a distraction, they'll find the Simpson murderer!
