In Freud's theory of psychology the most important semiotic and
clinical phenomenon is the the unintentional disclosure,
where the unintentional slip of the tongue reveals deep
seated neurosis that has it's foundation in arrested
sexual development.

Thus we have the latest Freudian meme on FR or might we
say Freudian Republic.com

Having entered Iraq and failed to fulfill the supremacy of
the ID over the EGO the crisis results in the failure of the
development of the SUPEREGO or post phallic moral agent.

Iraq is a classic instance of Neurosis. The ID, demanding in it's
infantile need for immediate gratification, goes to war with Iraq.
It attempts to move through the EGO stage of development but by failing
to interact with the world (unilateralism) , the SUPEREGO or moral agent
(mature multi literalism) is stillborn.

Thus US foreign policy is ID-etic, fundamentally infantile, destructive and
unable to survive.

Thus the above headline

We are in the midst of a looming disaster; the Premature
Pullout.

The ultimate horror of the neurotic male trapped in the ID, unable to
move through to the emergence of the EGO and ulimately, the SUPEREGO is
clinically exemplified by sexual panic; a surfeit of desire and a paucity
of satisfaction resulting in uncontrollable rage.

This sexual panic is revealled in Bush's personal mannerisms and the
peculiar self destructive character of US military and foreign policy
in Iraq.

The invasion of Iraq is typified by two fundamentally male forms of
neurosis. Premature ejaculation, (mission accomplished but not quite) and pre-mature
withdrawal (stay the course, we can't leave until we're finished)

But to the undeveloped ID there is no finish because there is no possibility
of the satisfaction of primal oral/anal/phallic desires since mature development
of the personality (the US as leader of the world) is given over to instinctive
gratification (Kill all Islamo-fascists)

Since it is impossible to achieve the satisfaction of the primal desire,
(Kill all Islamo-fascists) the Project for the New American Century is
condemned to infantile frustration and ultimately self destruction.

5. Even if it were true...
...that a premature pullout would be a huge mistake, we're still safe: a pullout at this point would not be premature.

That said, we owe it to Iraq to work with other nations and set up international forces therein so that our withdrawal, and a changing of the guard, is as orderly as possible under the current rather horrifying circumstances.

6. We're well past premature at this point, dumbasses !
"Premature" would have been March 20th, 2003.

Now its just too fucking late for the US presence to be considered anything other than a bigger clusterfucking disaster as every day passes.

Leave it to the freeps to come up with some logic like that. :eyes:

9. THE ONLY HUGE MISTAKE
Edited on Mon Aug-21-06 09:29 PM by luckyleftyme2
Lets let it all hang out. the huge mistake was going into iraq and fighting a ground war.
the second mistake was a major mistake.letting civilians think they were generals.aka rumsfield, chenny and rice!
the third major mistake was sending to few troops to fight and occupy the country.
IT'S TIME: TO SHIT OR GET OFF THE POT;NO MORE SCREWING AROUND!

SUGGESTION:GIVE BUSH 30 DAYS TO MAKE A MAJOR DIFFERENCE IN "IRAQ" OR BRING OUR TROOPS HOME!
