CSPAN: Sen Landrieu said most of the money went to CONTRACTORS

Out of town contractors came into town, picked up, charged $100 for $10 work and left.

2 callers have said that Hezbollah have given Lebanese citizens $12000 right after the cease fire started, but our fucking Govt waits a week before even sending any rescues.

4. I was under the impression the Lieberman had something to do with
the Katrina/NO rebuilding effort. Hey, I could be wrong.
