There are 1,072 endangered and threatened species in the world. The list includes:
342 species of mammals, such as the red wolf, the right whale and the mountain gorilla.
273 species of birds, such as the California condor, the whooping crane and the northern spotted owl.
126 species of fish, such as coho salmon

Oh,How I wish The Lorax's promise was kept by humanity! But we failed, we have no more seeds to make the animals lost come back because the world has been bought,and sold..too long we have gone along,as the animal nations die..

and nothing we create compares. They are aware of their own greatness. It is the humans who don't live up to our abilities to appreciate and care. They hunt doves in Wisconsin, even though it is the state bird. The mourning dove is highly evolved among birds. I saw a mother and its young one. She was taking it out for a lesson. You could see a lot of relating between them. I am going to do some more artwork on the animals, with ideas from the ancient Bestiary.

Many states will kill off the wolves who are the natural predators of elk and such, in order to give the hunters more elk to kill. Some states also raises penned pheasants and then set them free in hunting season for the hunters to go out and kill them. How are those natural predator/prey relations?

You could try teaching children about loving animals. The hunters surely try to teach children about hunting at a young age.

Humans are omnivores. I myself cannot be a vegetarian my body cannot take it. My sister is one and she suffers for it,She's got nerve damage. People eat meat I think factory farms are evil.and obscene and as disgusting as the slaughters called hunts people do.

But a human who kills 1 deer and uses it all year is not the same thing as a "blood sport hunter". We are omnivores some of us due to various reasons cannot eat the same way without hurting ourselves. People need to exist and be healthy,and do it IN BALANCE with the Animal Nations.

Doctor told her so now she takes a shit-load of medicines and vitamins to make up for it Costs her some bucks. As for me I got it worse than her I'm like my father...And my doctor who is an endocrinologist from India who IS vegetarian herself and a hindu,has told me to NOT go vegetarian because I cannot process certain foods without certain enzymes found in meat or I will get bad deficiencies.I can't process soy protein at all. Not everyone can eat beans and get the protein out of them my body does not like beans.
Very few types I can eat,the rest cause me pain and than in 5 minutes they race out the other end unprocessed.Just like dairy does for me without lactaid.
