He kept saying over and over again in his press conference: "We won't leave Iraq until the mission is complete."

Didn't he say the mission was "accomplished" way back in 2003? Isn't "mission complete" and "mission accomplished" the SAME DAMNED THING?

Also, did you pick up on the line when he said, "As long as I am president, we aren't leaving Iraq."
Is that an admission that the mission won't be "complete" until sometime AFTER he leaves office. And, is it a sub-conscious kind of thing asking for Congress to impeach him and remove him from office since he has no clue as to how to proceed?

Can't figure it.

2. the real answer: we will NEVER leave, and He will NEVER not be dictator.
martial law will be enacted before 2008, and elections will be suspended and he will be generalissimo for life.

3. Sure, after they finish building the permanent military bases.
After all, THAT is the real mission.

7. We have always been allies with Eurasia, fighting Oceania.
Except for the times when we were always allies with Oceania fighting Eurasia.

Reality control. All it takes is a series of victories over one's own conciousness.

8. Do we even know what the mission is?
I think they have asked him several times and he has refused to answer. Just what is the mission now? If we don't know what the mission is, how will we know when it is complete?

9. Has someone asked him directly?
That's what I keep waiting for. I want to hear him tell us what exactly we're doing there (not spreading democracy) and how to do it. Why are we still there? Why does the shrub have such a hard on for Iraq? I don't get it!?

10. He can continue on the current path...
He just has to make it to 2008. I think he believes the history book will blame the person who pulls out, not the person who started the damn thing. He must be thinking about how the textbooks will describe him.
