Hundreds of Women Sexually Assaulted by Military Recruiters
This is truly disgusting and another sign of the destruction of our military at the hands of men who never served and who never cared.
More than 100 young women who expressed interest in joining the military in the past year were preyed upon sexually by their recruiters. Women were raped on recruiting office couches, assaulted in government cars and groped en route to entrance exams.

A six-month Associated Press investigation found that more than 80 military recruiters were disciplined last year for sexual misconduct with potential enlistees. The cases occurred across all branches of the military and in all regions of the country.
These are just the reported cases, how many women do you think were actually assaulted and didn’t step forward? Now a question to all those patriotic, pro-war fathers out there: Are you going to still let your daughters sign up now?

1. I would like to see the AP report on this
This strikes me as too sensationalist and too much in line with views from the left on military recruiting. If this is an Associated Press investigation, certainly there is a link to the AP article?

4. It was on the wire all weekend;
the LA Times, for one, ran it yesterday. There's a thread in LBN.

6. I spent most of the weekend camping and hiking
Beautiful weather here in Washington. It was heaven, being on the Olympic Penninsula near the Pacific Ocean, sleeping under the stars with the wind whispering in the evergreens, and nary a CNN commentator, Faux talking-head or JonBenet "BREAKING NEWS!!" interrupt for miles.

I really wanted this to be untrue, but alas....

7. Ah! Jealous!
I spent half my weekend tied to the wire; today is the other half of my weekend.

2. To rapist soldiers it's all collateral damage: 14 year-old girls or older
American girls. America has lost its way.
