1. Well if you bought a house last year
with an interest-only ARM because you were planning on selling it this year at a hefty profit - things are tough all over!

7. Hi Pat!
Channel 6 commercial - no link yet - apparently a story for the 11 o'clock news.

3. I doubt it has burst.
But I wouldn't be surprised if it slowing down.

5. In Salem Oregon my house made 18 % from July 05 to July 06
They say it will likely be only 10 % this year. Guess i am in the right place. $50,000.00 profit for one year pretty good.

6. Zillowl.com listed my run down inner city house
I boght for $75K 10 years ago at $176,000 in March. I just looked again on Friday, and it's listed at $238,000.

I think they're nuts.

8. It is really slow by me in northern IL
There are two houses on my street for sale: one on the market 1 year and 1 since Feb. and they are both 50k lower than the original asking price. I have also heard that some buyers are actually asking the sellers to pay their closing costs!
