I ask because clearly History shows that a Dem can break ZERO and be forced into near impeachment.

Republican, he can fuck the world up, tell the courts to go and stick it, heck, I think he could take the limo out on a killing spree with 3 hookers in the back, a bail of pot on the passanger seat, a trunk full of dead babies and more, and would not even get a word in the press.

Abuse of Power because Clinton tried to get an intern a job in NYC?

Or when Gore might have made a few fund raising calls from the WH? Yet, Rove a political operative, can take up residence in the WH and do whatever he wants?

just saying...until there's a Congress that will uphold the law and not make excuses for everything Bush does, Bush will continue to break whatever laws he wants to break

11. That's why we have to take back Congress
and I can't imagine what Bush and Rove have up their sleeves to make sure that doesn't happen.
