Colbert goes international
"Spiegel online", Germany's version of "Time" or "Newsweek" just published a big laudatory article on Stephen Colbert:

Die Fernsehwahrheit sieht einfach besser aus

Let the truthiness prevail! :-)

3. Unfortunately not
- but the article is mainly re-telling Stephen Colbert's "Greatest Hits", like making Bush look like the idiot he is on Colbert's famous press corps dinner speech, making Robert Wexler say "I like cocaine and prostitutes", or editing Wikipedia's entry on elephants live...

13. Aw, that's better.
The television truth looks simply better

The US-Satiriker Stephen Colbert outet without consideration for losses the insanity in the US medium and Polit everyday life. Its method: It calls satire, which others than message, truth or politics sell.

“I like cocaine”, said the congressional representative Robert Wexler from Florida recently with an easily verlegenen smile on the American television, “because it fun make.” “Praised very beautifully”, its opposite, “and now complete you the sentence: I like prostitutes, because…”

Wexler followed good: “I like prostitutes, because they make fun.” Then it added kichernd: “And I assume, if one combines both, make it still more fun!” The journalist looked stressed concerned into the camera and said: “We terminate the interview here, because we do not know, like for a long time this man still congress member will be.”

2. First time I've used the Google page translator.
With some pretty interesting results.

Still, an excellent article and worth the translation.
