"Unitary Executive" vs The Constitution - The Supreme Court Decision?

Is that where we are headed? Will the US Supreme Court finally have to decide the validity or legality of the "unitary executive"? Will they interpret new meanings into the Constitution which no great Justices of the past 200 years have ever addressed? Will they define new dictatorial powers to the "Presidency"?

We know where Alito and Roberts and Scalia and Thomas stand. They believe in the all-powerful "unitary executive". All they need is one more vote to change the course of history. Will they be able to persuade one more Justice to come to their side? That seems to be the direction we are headed.

if scotus takes the case and rules the way we know they should, is that it will spell the end, with finality, of this torturous regime. Even though there will, no doubt, be outraged cries of activist judges, the uncomfortable truth, for the neoclowns, will pretty much knock the props from under this highly illegal fascist undertaking.

I also think there are far too many scholars, from around the world, as well as well informed people here, that are watching the whole process unfold and the S C certainly is aware of this. (Except for the coca cola pubic cowboy: he's aware of nothing)

the issue is whether or not any president has the authority to break the law. this issue goes all the way back to the 1100`s charter of liberties and the magna carta of 1215...these are the foundation of our democracy and all those supremes know that
