Question: How many Democratic Politicians actually visit this site?
This site is informative, creative, ingenious, and a true delight. I think that we have nurtured more insight than our actual politicians spew back. Maybe if they took 2 minutes to read some commentary, they would have some good responses to MSM, instead of looking like idiots.

2. They do lurk here
If they don't, their staffers do. I don't know if there's any way of knowing "how many."

4. Some people connected with campaigns do post and read here
Elizabeth Edwards, for one, does have an account under her real name, but only posted here to reassure everyone about her illness.

Wes Clark's son has posted here.

There's lots of others, and I assume many want to be incognito.

Teresa Heinz's son also posted. I'm sure they are aware of DU. How could you not be?

8. Hi Again! And I Got A Reply From Each One Of Them!
Elizabeth Edwards actually replied a couple of times. Really made me feel "special" and Chris Heinz was here after the election, but haven't heard much or seen much about him lately.

But maybe many of them check with DailyKos more. Why I don't know. DU is one of the best set-ups of all the blogs. I find it's easier to use than most of the others and I always come back here.

In fact as a Blog, DU has it all over most of the rest because it's so easy to use! So IF there are any politicians out there who are "lurking" why not let us know?

It sure would give us more incentive to fight harder for you. Many of us, me included have felt abandoned for far too long! Writing to your web-site is pretty lame, rarely do we get more than the usual "bounce-back message" that you are pushing and it turns me off!

7. I think most have connections here
Volunteers, supporters, what have you that communicate. Maybe not Lieberman or Landrieu et al, although they should, but the left leaning ones do. I personally don't know about actual readership. I'd imagine it's like us, we have our preferences and the politicians probably do too.

9. We hear a lot from the Clark supporters.
I sometimes wonder if his entire staff posts here.

10. lol, oh my
Dare I add to that... I think they are an extremely coordinated group and always have been, perhaps something to do with personality types that would be enamored with that total military persona to begin with. But that's just complete random speculation, I like Clark and I even like most of his supporters.
